This work regards hands and their makings. Inspired by the passion of handcrafts, it has their rescuing as a principle objective, taking them from their common state and replacing them in present day contemporary fashion. The philosophy of slow fashion, which seeks to humanize processes of the fashion industry, value craftsmanship, and contribute to the maintenance of cultural legacy, was respected throughout the conception of the collection. Therefore, this collection proposes a reflection regarding the importance of the handmade, which provokes changes in the relationship between consumer and product consumption.

With the intention of presenting a fresh visual identity, different manual techniques were explored within the various looks. Amidst such techniques the most outstanding include machine knitted textiles, which were decorated with embroidery; the hand knit and crochet, which were utilized in the shoes; both thread and jeweled embroideries; and lastly, the hand weaving and patchwork. The combination of such mixture of techniques reflects how the handmade is something which strongly refers back to the past, yet is as well timeless.
